ScoutKite

Terms

Last updated October 26, 2026

The rules for using ScoutKite, in plain words. By signing in or using ScoutKite you agree to them.

1. What ScoutKite does

ScoutKite reads your website, finds people who might buy from you and who published their own email address on their own website, and drafts a first email to each of them. You read every draft. Nothing is sent until you approve it, and it goes out from your own mailbox.

2. You are the sender

Every email goes out in your name, from your mailbox. That makes you responsible for it:

3. Plans and payment

4. When we pause or close an account

To protect the people who get these emails, and every other ScoutKite customer, we may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules or the acceptable use rules, or whose emails bounce or get unsubscribed far more than normal. We'll tell you why, and we'll talk it through with you first when we can.

5. Your data

Your campaigns and settings are yours. How we handle data, including the addresses ScoutKite finds, is in the privacy policy. You can delete your campaigns and mailboxes at any time, or ask us to delete your account.

6. No promises about results

We work hard to find the right people and write good emails, but we can't promise replies, sales or that every address works. ScoutKite is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
